Do you know that only 2% of commercial flights pilots are women? Azul Airlines, a Brazilian airline company wanted to change that. Since it is the airline company with the majority of women as pilots up there, Azul Airlines created a project that, in flights where the pilots were women, children would be invited to visit the pilot cockpit and to meet the women in charge of flying the plane.
